Silversea will open general sales on October 8, 2026, for a 103-voyage 2028-29 collection reaching 219 destinations across 56 countries and adding 29 ports of call new to the luxury line.

The lineup, branded "Let the World Surprise You," runs from September 2028 through May 2029 and deploys seven ships across five regions. With sales opening two and a half years ahead of the first September 2028 departure, the line is giving travel advisors the longest early-booking window in its current portfolio.

What does the Mediterranean program include?

The Silver Nova and Silver Dawn will run 17 Mediterranean voyages between October 2028 and March 2029, with overnight stays in Cadiz, Funchal, Genoa, Istanbul, Livorno, Naples and Valletta, plus Fusina, the line's Venice gateway.

A two-ship base, the company said in the release, "enhances combinability between the Eastern and Western Mediterranean," letting advisors stitch back-to-back sailings that cross from Greece or Turkey into the Western Med without swapping ships.

The Silver Dawn's overnight call in Venice is timed to Carnival and will stage an evening event inspired by Casanova. The same ship will also offer three new sailings featuring Alexandria, a long-requested port for advisors packaging Egypt into Eastern Mediterranean itineraries.

How does the Caribbean deployment work?

Four ships — Silver Ray, Nova, Spirit and Shadow — will operate 38 Caribbean voyages between November 2028 and March 2029, calling at 34 destinations across 21 countries and adding a new call at La Romana in the Dominican Republic.

All four ships offer round-trip departures from Miami, Fort Lauderdale or San Juan. Silver Ray and Spirit will each run eight- to 12-day round-trips from Miami, threading St. Barts with Antigua, Anguilla or St. Kitts — short-course Caribbean loops that track Silversea's repeat-cruise demand profile.

What is the Grand South America voyage?

Silver Nova will host the Grand South America 2029 Voyage, a 75-night round-trip circumnavigation departing Fort Lauderdale on January 13, 2029 and returning March 29, 2029.

The crossing carries a Panama Canal transit, scenic cruising of the Antarctic Peninsula and overnight stays in Manaus, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Callao (Lima) and Cartagena, plus three exclusive events built into the fare.

How is Australia and New Zealand covered?

The Silver Moon will spend the antipodean season on 10 voyages between October 2028 and March 2029, visiting 42 destinations including new calls at Batemans Bay and Phillip Island, a scenic Dusky Sound cruise and an overnight New Year's Eve call in Sydney.

The program adds a round-trip Melbourne itinerary and new Australia-to-Indonesia linkages, giving advisors the option to combine antipodean stays with Bali extensions without changing ships.

What's new in Asia?

Silver Moon and Silver Muse will together run 26 Asia voyages between September 2028 and May 2029, hitting 62 destinations across 11 countries and adding eight new ports. Departures are timed to Japan's cherry blossom season and Hong Kong's Lunar New Year.

Food-and-wine sellers also get three S.A.L.T. Wine & Truffle sailings between October and December 2028, plus four Asian Markets sailings aboard Silver Muse running between Singapore and Hong Kong.

Voyage length in the collection runs from those eight-day Caribbean round-trips all the way up to the 75-night Grand South America circumnavigation, spanning every booking window from short repeat-cruise breaks to once-in-a-decade grand voyages — all open to agents from October 8, 2026.
