Ambassador Opens 2027-28 and 2028-29 Caribbean Fly-Cruise Sales
Ambassador puts 20 Renaissance sailings on sale across winters 2027-28 and 2028-29, with Caribbean fly-cruises from Bridgetown and fares starting at £1,999.

Itinerary
- 20 sailings on sale: 10 in winter 2027-28 (Nov 10, 2027–Apr 8, 2028) and 10 in winter 2028-29 (Oct 29, 2028–Mar 28, 2029)
- Each season includes eight 14-night Caribbean fly-cruises and two UK–Bridgetown repositioning sailings aboard the Renaissance
- Season Saver fares start from £1,999 per person for 2027-28 and £2,099 for 2028-29, based on two sharing an Inside Cabin
- Return flights to London Heathrow or Manchester operate on direct Virgin Atlantic services
Ambassador Cruise Line has opened sales for two further Caribbean Fly-Cruise seasons, putting 20 sailings aboard the Renaissance on the market for winters 2027-28 and 2028-29, with lead-in fares from £1,999 per person.
The adults-focused operator is extending a formula it has already run twice: full-board fly-cruises round-trip from Bridgetown, Barbados, packaged with transatlantic crossings from the UK. Each season carries eight 14-night Caribbean fly-cruises plus two repositioning sailings between the UK and Bridgetown.
For agents, the programs extend Ambassador's sellable inventory deep into the 2028-29 booking cycle — a long-lead product that locks in commission on winter Caribbean demand more than two years ahead.
What does the 2027-28 season include?
The season runs 10 sailings from November 10, 2027 to April 8, 2028. It opens with the 18-night Atlantic Horizons and Caribbean Discovery crossing from London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury on November 10, 2027.
After the Atlantic crossing, the Renaissance calls at St Kitts, Dominica, St Lucia, Martinique and Curacao before reaching Barbados, where guests fly back to London Heathrow or Manchester on a direct Virgin Atlantic flight on November 28.
The first 14-night fly-cruise, Tropical Treasures, departs Bridgetown on November 28, 2027. Season Saver fares with full board start from £1,999 per person, based on two sharing an Inside Cabin on the November 10 Tilbury departure.
How is the 2028-29 program structured?
The second season also runs 10 sailings, from October 29, 2028 to March 28, 2029, again with eight 14-night fly-cruises and two repositioning itineraries.
It opens with the 21-night Atlantic Horizons and Caribbean Discovery sailing from London Tilbury on October 29, 2028. Calls at Vigo and La Palma break up the crossing before the ship reaches St Kitts, St Maarten, Antigua, Dominica and Guadeloupe, ending in Barbados for the return flight.
Tropical Treasures starts the 14-night program on November 19, 2028, followed by Island Rhythms and Blue Horizons on December 3.
The holiday dates give agents specific inventory to sell against peak-season demand:
- A Christmas Caribbean Celebration departs December 17, with Christmas Day at sea
- Secrets of the Caribbean sails from Bridgetown on New Year's Eve, with an onboard celebration before Curacao, Aruba, Guadeloupe, St Lucia, Grenada, Tobago and Bonaire
- Further itineraries: Caribbean Escape – Shores of Paradise, Caribbean Explorer – Tropical Isles, Tropical Horizons – A Caribbean Adventure and Jewels of the Caribbean Sea
The season closes with the 17-night Caribbean Highlights and Atlantic Discovery, departing Bridgetown on March 11, 2029 and calling at Grenada, St Lucia, Dominica, Antigua, the Azores and Leixoes before arriving at London Tilbury on March 28.
Season Saver fares for 2028-29 start from £2,099 per person, based on two sharing an Inside Cabin on the 14-night Atlantic Horizons and Caribbean Discovery departing Bridgetown on November 19, 2028.
What should sellers watch?
The £100 gap between the two seasons' lead-in fares gives an early pricing signal: Ambassador is pricing the later winter modestly higher, and early Season Saver inventory typically carries the tightest cabin allocations before repricing.
With Virgin Atlantic's direct Heathrow and Manchester flights built into the package, Ambassador keeps the air component in-house rather than leaving it to agents to assemble — a structure that simplifies selling but shifts the air margin to the operator.
Both programs are on sale now, giving trade sellers a two-season window to build Caribbean winter bookings through spring 2029.
