Kensington rolls out new luxury itineraries in Egypt, Italy, Ireland, the Rhine and the Philippines, all customizable through its Destination Experts for slower, private-guided travel.

Itinerary
- Kensington launched new luxury itineraries across Egypt, Italy, Ireland, the Rhine and the Philippines.
- All trips are customizable via Kensington's Destination Experts with private guides, drivers and local experts.
- The Rhine product pairs a four-night river cruise with a stay at Castle Hotel Auf Schoenberg in Oberwesel.
Kensington has launched a set of new and refreshed luxury itineraries across five markets — Egypt, Italy, Ireland, the Rhine and the Philippines — built around slower travel, private experiences and flexibility for sellers positioning high-ticket, customized product.
Every itinerary in the collection is customizable through Kensington's Destination Experts, with private guides, drivers and local experts embedded throughout the trips. For agents, that means the published routes function as frameworks rather than fixed departures, widening the range of client budgets, dates and pacing the operator can accommodate.
"Travellers are looking for more than a list of places to see. They want the time and access to really experience a destination," said Helen Giontsis, president of Kensington, in a press release. "These new journeys reflect that, whether it means spending a few days in the Tuscan countryside, discovering a different side of Egypt along the Mediterranean or escaping winter for the islands of the Philippines. And because every Kensington journey is designed around the individual traveler, these itineraries are really a starting point for what we can create."
Egypt: Cairo to the coast
The Cairo to Luxor & Coastal Alexandria journey pairs Egypt's best-known archaeological sites with Mediterranean-coast time. In Cairo, travelers tour the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx with a private Egyptologist, plus the Grand Egyptian Museum and Khan el Khalili. Luxor touring covers Karnak and Luxor temples, the Valley of the Kings and Queens, King Tutankhamun's tomb and the rarely visited Tomb of Seti I. The route then heads north to Alexandria for a private sunset dinner cruise, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's Manuscript Museum, and a Corniche walk ending at a local seafood market.
Italy: rail-led and slow
The Ultimate Italy & La Dolce Vita Train Journey puts rail travel, food, wine and craftsmanship at the center. It starts in Milan — food, architecture and fashion, with options for a personal shopper and artisan meetings — before slowing down in Tuscany with time in Cortona and San Gimignano, a spa leisure day, and stops at Avignonesi Winery and Montepulciano en route to Rome. The trip ends aboard the La Dolce Vita Orient Express toward the Ligurian coast, followed by stays in Portofino and Venice.
Rhine: cruise plus castle
The Rhine Discovery with Castle Stay combines four nights of river cruising with land-based Rhine Valley touring. Sailing from Dusseldorf, the cruise calls at Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Nijmegen before continuing to Oberwesel in Germany's Rhine Gorge. Guests stay at Castle Hotel Auf Schoenberg, a restored hilltop castle surrounded by vineyards overlooking the Rhine. A day traveling past the Lorelei rock and the river's castles and villages ends in Rudesheim, with its Old Town, half-timbered houses and traditional wine taverns.
Ireland: beyond Dublin
The seven-day Ireland Highlights: Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher mixes signature attractions with local cultural and culinary product. After Dublin — Trinity College and the Book of Kells — travelers head west through the Midlands, stopping at the sixth-century monastic site of Clonmacnoise before Galway. Private excursions from Galway cover the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and Inis Mór, the largest Aran Island, explored by horse-drawn carriage with a local guide, including a visit to one of Ireland's remaining Irish-speaking communities. A food-focused walking tour of Galway adds local oysters, cheeses and market stops.
Philippines: winter sun
Palawan's Luxe Escape: El Nido to Coron combines Manila with two of the country's best-known island destinations. After touring Intramuros and Binondo with a private guide, guests fly to El Nido for a private pool villa stay on Pangulasian Island, with private speedboat excursions through lagoons, snorkeling, kayaking, plus beach and spa time. In Coron, travelers snorkel coral reefs and Second World War shipwrecks, and can view Busuanga's islands and turquoise waters from a private seaplane flight. Kensington coordinates flights, boat transfers, accommodations and private experiences between the islands — a single-operator logistics pitch aimed at complex multi-island bookings that agents often struggle to assemble piecemeal.
Kensington frames the journeys as starting points rather than fixed itineraries, with Destination Experts adjusting trips to travelers' interests, preferred pace and travel dates — a positioning that keeps the operator's product flexible as demand shifts further toward access-driven, slow-paced luxury travel.
